Well not quite, we'll probably be going the the in laws that day, so I plan to smoke in the morning.

So far I have a slab of ribs with a dry rub ready to go. (The package called them "spare ribs", I'll bet if you talk to Mr. Pig, they weren't "spare" and he wants them back) HAHA.

I have fresh collard greens to cook, and probably some dry black eyed peas to cook.

While the smoker is going, I might as well keep it loaded. I have a stick of bologna to smoke, I plan to do some pig candy, and maybe a fatty, some cheddar cheese, fresh pineapple slices, and some hot links.

I'll have to see what else I can find, maybe some winter squash or something. I haven't found anything you can't smoke.

I was right there with you, until I found out what a Fatty was. Now I cant think of a better name for them.
A steady diet of them would fill a cardioligists wallet. Never have done one myself, but may one of these days.

Well I am going to add baked beans, provolone cheese, an ancorn squash, a pork loin, and some chicken thighs. I plan to stuff the fatty with cheddar cheese, onions, and a Jalapeno. I may make dessert, but I will have enough to do. NOTE: We don't plan to eat all of this at one time, I should have enough to last the rest of the week.

Do you do the bacon weave over your fatty roll?

Yes I do. I stuffed it with onion, jalapeño, and cheddar cheese.

Another thing I have yet to try is scotch eggs. Thats a hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage and smoked.
Legend is it was a self contained meal wrapped in a cloth and carried in a possibles bag, when they were waundering over the highlands. A possibles bag was like a purse that contained everything a guy might need. Trappers and Mountain men carried them here in the states in the hey day of fur trapping.
