its me again with the ford 100. still being sanded and painted at the moment. got the ski whiz keeping her some company though ;). but i have some tire questions. right now i have some turf savers on it. 23x10.50-12. im going to be working it alot in a bush with muddy conditions pulling a trailer for wood. what would be the best tires for that kind of work? ive been looking up some carlisle tru powers for it. they look nice and i hear they are pretty good. anyone have any information or inout that could help me out?

thanks, Mitch

I have them on 3 tractors and like them a lot. the only thing that pulls better is paddles, but they ride like crap.

pic in avatar has 26x12x12. It will go places 2x4 atv's wont go!

12's will fit 10" wheels pretty good. For 7" wheels, I wouldnt go much wider than 10.5. Price is gonna be $75 to $100 each. Look for blems on ebay, sometimes you can get them for $50, online, summit racing has about the cheapest price

What size wheels/ what tractor?

I am up to speed now ford 100. 24x10.5x12 would fit good. 26", you might have to trim or raise rear fenders

I edited while you were posting... sorry about that. Wider tires work better in the mud, narrow tires will hook better on a hard trail and will climb logs better due to more psi on the contact area

if this is gonna be a mower too, and you put taller tires on the back, you will have to re-level the deck to mow good. dont ditch the turfs
