I was going to install some headlights in my 122, anyone else ever attempted this? I was going to use general purpose tractor lights I can buy at the hardware store, rather than ordering the original lights from e bay, seems to be a lot cheaper.

I wouldn't install a hardware light unless it was the same size as the original. I know that for an MF 8 the headlights are a standard unit available for a few bucks each. It could be the same for the Cub.

Just don't overload your charging/electrical system.
