tightend the heads on the sears's onan today, that thing vibrates so much when its running hard the heads started bubbling oil. didnt wana blow and head gasket.

Something has her out of balance. Onans are a real smooth running engines unless something is wrong. A while back I had to replace a driveshaft due to the same kind of thing. It rattled the points box so loose that it quit. Maybe dirt daubers nests on the flywheel? Yours is belt drive, so rules out the driveshaft.

Yeah your right. ill have to take a look. But also, i use this tractor for pulling, so the governor rod is extended but i only run her full throttle when im under the load of the sled. I dont want to throw a rod free revving it.
