went for a walk in the woods behind my grandmas house today. Alot of people dump scrap in the woods randomly. so when i was walking i spotted a Gt tire in the weeds. I went and took a look it was a old firestone 23x9.5x12 ( if memory servers me right) on 5 lug wheels. So i grabed it and threw it in my car. I will post pics tomorrow. but the tire is in ok shape with couple side wall cracks. Looks to be off a JD or wheel horse.

I will have to go get a picture of the John Deere silage harvester in the weeds here. There is also a manure spreader, a chair, some tires, a still, a spring harrow and some other small things. There used to be entire tractors. I hope to find those someday.

Nice! The 429 was one of my favorite engines! Poor 429 with the 360hp and 460 lbs of torque all alone in the woods and no Chevy in site to play with :boo_hoo: :boo_hoo:
