Fella showed up earlier today to take out the stumps from the two removed trees.

He had one heck of a piece of equipment...an R/C Stump Grinder! Took him all of 30-45 minutes to gett'er dun :D

Even better, I got some seat time on the HD20D cleaning up the sidewalk, and grading the gravel driveway in front of the motor home. He drove that rascal over it, and tore it up a bit. Not that I cared, as I told him that it was OK to do so, and I had the equipment to fix it . He was supposed to do the cleanup, but I told him not to bother as it would give me a chance to "Play with my toys".

This was the first time I had used the 20D with the cab on it, and I gotta say that it's NICE. It was @36-38* with a bit of a breeze, and I was very comfy in the cab. Moving snow (if we ever get any) this year isn't going to be much of a chore at all.

Anyway, here are the pics (so ya'll know that it happened :smilewink: ) and a short vid of the grinder in operation. The pics were taken after he left and I had cleared off the sidewalk

I don't see one darn locate flag or paint mark anywhere in the vicinity. Still got hot water? Any whistling noises outside? Neighbors still have internet?

More importantly, did you use your Sweepster???????

The Sweepster wasn't an option as I don't have it mounted on anything yet. But it would have been perfect for the sidewalk.

The Sweepster will probably be going on the HDT1000 once I get it's PTO working. I have new bearings for the PTO, but need some warm(er) weather before I can work on it.

All of the Phone/Cable/Electric is overhead, and I doubt that he went deep enough to worry about Gas/Water/Sewer.

Thanks for that video, and the pics.
Is that R/C grinder programmable?
Judging by the way he's not actually looking at it, and it's sweeping,

That was great. That machine does some quick work!

I can see the headlines now "R/C Chipper set loose in new car dealership lot by disgruntled employee video @11"

That thing is awesome. Looks like it made short work of the stumps. It's good to hear that you got some seat time on the 20D out of the job as well.
