Nice fit and a nice refresh. Good looking two wheeler.

What size engine is that?

It's a 212cc, I believe 6.5 hp. Harbour Freight motor. Almost an insult I guess to put that motor on the old DB. It made puttiing this little tractor back into service much easier, quicker and likely less expensive. I'm actually very pleased with it. Would love to have the original Briggs engine but if It took a pigs heart to keep me alive I would take it.

Just curious, was there anything seriously wrong with the original engine?
I'm sure it wouldnt take much to get the old briggs back in shape..

On second thought, I see the first pic snows no engine so I'm thinking it was missing when you got it?

The before picture is the day I brought it home. That's all I got with it. If an original engine and $ both were to ever come together at the same time I'd put it back factory.
