Bob,(member bhts) alerted me to another JBI for sale. (Thanks Bob) Called the man today & he's emailing more pics tonight. Hoping to swing a deal. He priced it to me, and if pics look good, then I should be buying me another. It is a pretty much complete tractor & all I can see missing is a toolbox lid, couple lug bolts, and a center cap. Has 3pt lift, OE rear PTO, a 36" tiller, and a 3pt 48" bush hog.
Since Bob alerted me, I've had guys from other groups alert me as well. 7hr+ round trip, but in-state. Wish me luck guys. If I get this one, the last one I bought will be a parts tractor, as this one is run/use-ready. The parts tractor has the complete belly lift assembly, where this one does not, so I'll deck this one out, using the parts donor.

The original 14hp Briggs! ALL of it is original. It's a virgin! And it will stay that way, as if I get it, it will NOT be molested in any way!

Wow Daniel, I hope you can score that one! It looks to be in very nice condition. You will soon have to call your farm "JBI Acres" !

Just got more pics from him. The tiller is Bush Hog, but just a 36"er, which won't nearly till out the 49" wide tracks of a JBI, but still a great attachment to have. The 3pt bush hog IS Bush Hog brand. It's a 42" cut & appears in good shape, just rusty.

If he doesn't waffle on me, I'll more than likely buy the package. I actually have to borrow the money at the bank, which is no problem, but it makes me nervous to borrow for something I can live without......but the nagging question is "Can I live without it"?:bigrofl::bigrofl: Yeah, I could, but it's a rare find. NEVER ever seen the 3pt bush hog....ever! Just pics of old sales papers show the mower pic. The tiller is nice too, even if narrow. The tractor is in pretty good shape for it's age. I'll keep you guys up to speed. I just tried calling him, but no answer. I'll try again later.

He just called me. He will let me know for sure if he's gonna let it go after talking to the owner of the Kubota dealer he works for. If the B series tractor they have on the lot is still available for him to buy, then he's selling this all to me. Sure hope he buys himself a Kubota!

Apparently I missed all the excitement! I was busy till just now. That's an awesome looking unit Dan, hope you get it :thumbs:. Someone gave me an older Wheel Horse last Friday and I was making arrangements to pick it up yesterday. Until I was informed that it had been given to someone else on Sunday :mecry:. Oh well. Easy come, easy go. Hope your luck is better than mine!

:dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

Yes, he is letting her go! He bought the Kubota at his work this morning. So I will be heading to his place tomorrow evening to bring the package deal home. I'll just cover the attachments up, & off the ground for a while. No place at the moment inside for them. Have to shoehorn the JB inside somewhere. I gotta make sure I don't spend all my free time playing with it, as I want to keep rolling on my D4-10 restore.
Gonna be a long night tomorrow evening. Likely won't get home till after midnight.
Only bad thing is being a bit deeper in debt. The Ford LGT165 & likely the Unico 15 will be up for sale.
