I still have yet to own a V series. A plow to boot!

Speaking finally with the owner of it, old now old owner of it, she feels bad as she put in on CL thinking no one would want it and thought it would take days to get rid of.

The man who got it she told me had no job and needed a lawn mower since he never had one. I just hope he enjoys it and doesn't scrap it.

I'll find one.....someday soon :)

Thats to bad. It looked to be a well cared for. Sometimes we just have to sit back and think about what might have been.

You could try posting an ad in the CL forum it was originally posted in asking the guy that got it to contact you. Maybe you could make him an offer or trade him a "nice modern MTD" for it.

That's sad man! It looks like a really decent hog too. In the spring I missed a craftsman LT that was free and very close to me. You need to be fast and lucky to get freebies!
