Out with the simplicity and in with the John Deere. I ran across a deal on a quick attachment and a single stage a month or so ago and decided to grab it. Only thing I had to fix was the chain. I was impressed with the amount of life the previous owner had gotten out of it. I would say a third of the the rollers had worn through and plain ol'missing. Sprockets show some wear but still plenty serviceable.

This will be a real change from the small simplicity with no power steering and no hydraulics to this.

Diesel power.... That will throw snow pretty effortlessly. I've seen a X585 with a blower on it throw snow at least 50ft and the engine didn't even seem to notice.

Very nice machine! I would say that is a huge change, as that's top of the line.

Hope you get at least one good snowfall to warrant the really nice upgrade.

It was 70 at 11am, then rain and wind. Calling for possible flurries late tomorrow.
