I would almost let him keep the money if I could have a private word with him.

Sorry UW.
Karen lost some cash once, I started to lose my composure, then I realized how bad she felt and how I wasn't making it any better.
Glad they have a lead and hope they find the ahole
Maybe start a different storage plan for the extra cash?

Normally she does not take my wallet with her. Normally I hand her cash out of it. I was looking up parts for the Suburban online. At the store she was paying more attention to a rambunctious 4 year old than the wallet. It was a perfect storm of not paying attention.

As has been said many times here before about thieves.... there is a special hell waiting somewhere for them. To be living in their heads should be punishment enough, but IMO. it isn't.

Here we go again.

stock-photo-work-injury-handwriting-on-p

We hooked up the pressure washer and blasted the crud off the engine of the Suburban (dubbed the JollyGreenGoant)

I had to go pick up an engine today so I hopped in BettyBlue and left. I forgot the transmission out of the suburban was in the back. It slid and hit the tailgate and I thought I had been rear ended. I had to pull over and tie it down.

Then the engine I picked up puked oil all over the bed. The bed had to be cleaned so now the engine is swinging from a crane and the transmission is sitting on a broken washing making in the back yard.

I sliced open two fingers with a razor knife.

Then I tackled the small pig and loaded it in the back of an SUV.

Sara and Samuel Kanz came over and I fixed a loose plastic panel on her car.

Steph fixed rabbit and dumplings for dinner.

Not completely bad for a Monday.

Better than Monday.

I had fasting blood work at the docs office this morning. So I got up and left.

Doc gave me an inhaler for my fiberglass contact (since I was coughing like a 4 pack a day smoker) and an antibiotic just to keep pneumonia away since it happened last time. Nurse tried to draw blood from my arm and could not find the vein. She asked, "How does a guy the size of a lumber jack have such small veins?" She used the huge one in my hand.

Then I got

I came home and Steph was unloading laundry from her truck. Our washer decided to pee all over the house. She was going to use the neighbors washer, but they were sleeping in. She went to the laundromat. Got everything done all at once. She in finally caught up with laundry. Maybe I need to install a laundromat in the back yard.

A guy wanted to come look at the Caddy. He was driving a 99 Pontiac Grand Am. The interior would have looked better if a grenade went off in it. The dash was busted, fabrics were ripped, door panels missing. He wanted to trade his car and $100. No deal.

Steph went to a parent teacher conference and brought Heath home with her. I should have gone, but I didn't know the potential buyer was an idiot.

I came in and managed to get all the rest of my cards (except for my HF inside track club now that I think about it) replaced.

I answered 40000000000 phone calls and then did nothing else. I was supposed to look at the washer, but I didn't get to it.

Graham brought some venison chili over. He didn't add much spice, but it was good.

Steph said it was leakign from the bottom of one of the hoses. When she gets back from VA we will get it up where I can look at it.

Looks like me and you are doing the same thing this weekend. I am ripping the laundry room apart for a major cleaning, replace the dryer vent hose and route the washer drain to the yard.
