The Gravley looks to have the same B/S 18hp engine my RED has. The model will be stamped on the shroud

It is a 16hp. It is sprayed so thick you can't read the numbers. Over on MTF I got no help at all. One guy said it was a toro, not a Gravley. One said I needed to strip the paint. One said it had vice grips on it. But no one told me anything I didn't already know.  Oh well.

Did nothing much but sit on my massaging cushion.

While Heath was eating breakfast I did hobble outside and use my car wash brush and some dawn detergent on the trampoline. It was super nasty. He got black just jumping on it yesterday. By the time I was done I could barely move.

Heath had his lesson at 1230.

It was around 2 by the time I managed to get on my feet again. Heath and I went out to the mailbox to mail the Netflix movie back. At 4 the mail ran so we went back out and got the mail. My phone came.

Heath ran around back and jumped on the trampoline a couple of times then came in. I was a bit cool.

Jared sent me a text asking how I ever managed to live with his mom. LOL.

Steph came home and made chicken and dumplings.

I think I will be in bed early.

The numbers should be on the shroud that looks like this. You should be able to wire brush the paint off enough to read them, they are stamped on the tin so they won't rub off.

I know what the engine is. I need more info on whether or not it is a shift on the fly or how that works exactly. The guy put the paint on the thickness of a flat washer. I think he used a quart of paint on it. I would rather not destroy the paint so I don't have to repaint it to sell it. I would like to find the right  deck belt cover though. I might take a ride up to the mower junk yard next week if I can stand.

I did find this video

I would suggest you start a thread in the Gravely forum so those folks can look it over and maybe offer some help. I can't figure out anything with out a model # (possibly 6 digits).

Not a bad day.

I typed in Descent coffee in google and got this

3a988a72d33609ce1dabaf5183c7f098.jpg

Heath and I took it easy till after his lesson.

I contacted Gravley (Airens) and sent them a picture of the mower. The reason I can't find a users manual or a manual on the drive unit is that none exist - at least not to their knowledge. They did send me a manual and parts list for the deck.

I ordered a dog training collar for Gunner and it came in today, Gunner is not happy about this.  He went over an got the rabbits all stirred up and I shocked him and yelled no. He didn't get near them again.

Here is how the rest of the day went.

Steph wants pizza for dinner so I am ordering some.

Oh my mom posted a pic of how awesome I was as a kid.
