Eeeaassy now! You gotta be carefull when thrash talking snowmobiles. Some of us sled heads are quite touchy on the subject ;) lol
Im a big T'nt fan and I own 4 of them. 1972, 1974, 1975, 1977. Some of the best machines ever made in my opinion. The company that makes em is still around.... That says something.

Still, id love to own a bolens sled :P

Great model that 74 Tnt. Pretty sought after too because its a anniversary edition and a turning point in the model. A bit heavier than the previous ones but real pretty.

Heres a few of the ones I have. Some are still in the future project phase but almost all of 'em work. I dont do a lot of esthetics on them because they are toys for winter and not museum bound lol

Like crap! :rolling:
If you turn the handle bars when in reverse youre garantied to have a swearing fit. and reversing in soft snow is also a problem with them. You eventually learn to work around those problems but we also modify the single wide ski so it stops toppleing on its side or digging in when in reverse. All in all as long as you go foward its a great machine and it would impress you to see what it can do, but avoid reverse or be ready to throw your back lifting a 700 pounds machine :mad2:. Them alpines are also built to work in summer too! did you know?

Last year i climbed a snow wall 7 foot high like nothing. I was quite impressed myself, I never tought that heavy beast would even lift its front end up on the wall or that it would fall once I strated climbing. Its slow but its a tank.

And nothing can beat its pulling abilities it serves me like nothing else when I have to pull machines out of bad spots or in the barn.
