Hey Bob. If you would, please post the serial number of the tractor. This will help to get you the correct blade and make sure it fits. Thanks.

Yeah, JD blades are lighter and narrower at the main frame and mounting areas. Power King blades won't fit the JD's until you get into the 1612, the newer JD. Even the mounts on the standard PK's can be diff depending on the year. Later ones hang on those frame slots under engine, early ones didn't have those and hung on four straps. Best to know what year you have as noted above.

How hard would it be to convert one? There are a lot of Wheel Horse plows around.

serial number is 6672 i dont want a light one i need the weight i have a custom plow frame on the front of my tractor so i need the weight to keep it on the ground

The Economy plows are anything but light. You say you have a custom plow frame? Are you looking for something to adapt to that then?

all i really need is the blade if you go to my profile i posted a picture of the tractor back in the 80's when it had a plow i would like the same plow for it if i can find one

i have one for a jim dandy but it was sitting in the woods for 20 years before i bought it.. i traided 20 bailes of hay for the tractor, deck but it was toast, original moldbord plow and push plow
