Just re-sell it, Daniel. Do something different for once.

:bigrofl:

Good money-maker, and while it's a nice machine; it has the ridiculously small deck. Not to mention it's a rough equivalent to the 430, and that Simp is no 430.

I really do not want to keep it as a whole tractor for myself. For the reasons you said above, plus I just don't need it. I either need it's parts for projects, or spiff her up & re-sell. I am leaning way over toward re-selling after tuning her & getting her looking better. Then I can afford the parts I do need, and saves a good tractor for someone else to enjoy. Just have to see how things shake out I guess.
And yes, the 48" deck doesn't let that engine even know it's there, and I had some deep grass around the barnyard areas to mow today.

Mowing green grass in November? Do the leaves ever fall off of the trees down there?

I've mowed in January Chris. Really just to test a tractor or deck, but there are usually taller patches of green grass still around. Yep, leaves are gone now.

Bob, my wife says you have to stop dangling "tractor candy" in front of me! :bigrofl:

When I saw your reply I though "oh boy, here we go..." Tell her I can't help myself... I can't buy them so I've got to tempt others!

She is now at my place...........................and running!!!!!!!!!!!!

This makes me slightly sick. Seriously though, good for you!!! I'm glad that a fellow GTT'er got instead of the scrap yard. Like said before, the steering is worth the sell price... and if you part it out I call dibs on the steering components!

If storage is a problem, I've got some room down here :smilewink:

NO WAY!! Free storage for Dan is my finders fee :D
