This forum is like my recliner, it just fits. Not once in my visits here have I been made to feel unwelcome. Everyone seems very reasonable and interested in helping. If you would happen to goof up it is handled in a very diplomatic manner. Lots of different brands and interests to enjoy also.

I like the fact that you all let me come and sit in my underwear and no one points and laughs.

I like both sites (Sorry-I'm a double agent here) but I have spent a lot of time gathering and storing information there and use it to help folks in other forums. I also have friends who do this as well. July was a bad month for many folks there and forum suffered some losses and the atmosphere changed as a result. The attitude has changed but most of the people remain there all the same. I enjoy the camaraderie here @ GTTalk and the great new folks I've encountered as well as the old friends I lost in the mix up over there.. Thanks for putting up with me!

Keep it friendly and MBWW--> Sometimes I'm online with less than that!! Trump that buster!!

I have to say this is the friendliest forum I have ever posted on. I like that you can express your opinion and others may disagree, but a drama does not unfold with back and forth banter. I think George and the moderation team do a FANTASTIC job to keep the forum going.

Mostly in the end it comes down to the members respecting each other and the guidelines of the forum. Friendly and helpful are 2 words that immediately come to mind to describe GTTalk. That's what will attract new members and keep the experienced folks coming back.

To paraphrase from my Boy Scouts: A GTTer is; Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent. And as one of the other threads shows most of us "Do a good deed daily".

Do you really think your the only one.. :smilewink:

I may not laugh, but I do chuckle.

Envious of his "freedoms" huh :D

I like it because I'm accepted even though I only have a lawn tractor but most of all because of the people. I'm still on " the other " forum, but am settling in here more everyday. I can't say anything bad about the other place either. Never had any issues there. GTt just seems nicer.

Doesn't matter what kinda mower or gt or tractor you use.. Just be yourself..

Who is supposed to supply the donuts today???

Two dozen in the chat room..

It's because we're all terrified!!!

I'm here because Cat385B is here. And Team_Green, JimD, JS, and the list goes on and on.

While I'm not the most active of members, it's nice to stop in and see what everyone is up too. I do much more reading and less posting then I did at "the other site" but im here and here to stay.

Please don't look down upon cause my post count isn't very adequate !! Lol
George and the big wheels around here are doing a fine job. Carry on : )

I like the people here, and also, being part of a relatively new, growing community. From what I've seen, "out
there", we're (all of us) setting the new standard, as to how a friendly online community should be. I'm happy
to part of it.
