My A/C HB112 hydro transmission has begun to weep. It has a Vickers T66 in it. The same hydro was used by Simplicity in their 310, 312, 314, and 416 series tractors. I suspect others used the T66 as well.

The seal kit part number is, or was, 2066516. All of the websites I've googled seem to list is as NLA.

Does anyone know of a working part number &/or a source?

Nobody? It was also sold under part number 103248. Here are the parts diagram & list.

I can't find anything. The part number is likely not the seal number as on the seal. If you had the actual seal number, it's likely readily available.

The seal kit contains all of the items with a "4" in the fourth column. At a minimum, I need items items 10, 51, 53, 54 and 65.

Item Part # Description
10 1650071 Shaft Seal
51 1650100 Plug
53 1650102 O Ring (x2)
54 1650071 Shaft Seal
65 1650112 Gasket

A "lottery win" would include items 52 (1650101 Pintle x 2) and 61 (1650109 Pump Housing).

Is a T66 the same as a T66X?

Yes, it is. The X indicates the assembly configuration of "Pump over motor with both shafts extending in same direction".

In that case: http://www.proactive...ansmissions.htm

There is a three year old thread on the web saying parts were available there, I have not verified that.

Don't I feel dumb. :wallbanging: Had I only looked at the items I actually needed, instead of the one I wanted, I would have seen that most of them are available on some of the very sites I had already trolled. Lesson learned.

I found a seal kit! PRO-ACTIVE Fluid Power sells the kit under part number 923428_. It is their replacement for the OEM #103248 kit.

The kit & shipping to Canada was under $100, but that may have been a sale price. I'll post an update once the kit arrives & again once I get time to install it.

I received the seal kit yesterday & I found time today to photograph it. I also found time to replace the seals, but that's another thread.

Here is what you get:

The kit had more than I needed, but everything was topnotch.

I know this is an old thread but it has a lot of useful information and I am hoping to expand on it.

Many of the bearings and seals used are now listed NA with no details about their specifications so if anyone can fill in some blanks on these we can begin sourcing parts elsewhere.

If you can fill in the sizes on any of these critical parts it would be enormously helpful during these rebuilds.

Most o-rings and bearings are stock items if you have access to an industrial supply house.

If you can, take the old ones in and they can be sized at the counter.
