Now to find the time to get to them...first is a 753.The other tractor is a 418A , i just drug the 418 in.both are or should be fairly easy to get up and going.

Very nice scores ROJ! They both appear to be in pretty decent shape. The 418A is a real beast...and you got the front hub caps too!

That was a good catch! Those things fetch some pretty pennies if you have to buy a set!

i know you are right,Caseguy.i was tickled to get the hub caps but then i was tickled to get a 418 basicly for free (i traded a freebie tractor that i just done alittle tlc to it).i hadnt had a chance to mess with it when i posted but i since have had an hour or two to tinker.the guy i got it from said he thinks the older gentleman he got it from had bought it new.(the guy i got it from got it in a package deal with a 516 and just put this one in the shed, best i can tell) well i think he was right, this tractor looks like its about always been kept inside and...the oil in the engine looks new,so does the rearend oil.the air filter is new asnd it appears to have a new battery.i brought it in as nonrunning.he said it hadnt ran since last summer.i primed the carb and hit the key.the battery spun it over great and it fired right up.i let it run a short while and then drove it around.it drives great...im very pleased a little tlc and this will make a great tractor.

now for the pictures that will show you that when i drug it in,in the dark i didnt know what condition the 18hp magnum twin was in.the man i got it from told me that the p o was having it worked on (he thought having the flywheel replaced as he had found chunks of magnet everywhere)when he got into a disagreement with the repair guy and went ad got his tractor leaving some of the parts,he later got most of them back but never put them on.thats how i got the tractor with part of the engine tin off.the guy i got it from also swapped decks and kept the better one with the 516.

I saw this thread a couple nights ago, but didn't have the chance to study the pics at the time.

Lots of potential in those tractors. Very nice hauls.
