Well I decided to have a little early Thanksgiving today. I have a Turkey breast in a brine in the frig, I plan to make homemade cornmiffin dressing, and sweet potato pie. I bought chicken stock and used all of it the Gumbo last night, so I am making some fresh homemade stock today.

Probably about 5:00, I have the pie in the oven, I was a little short on Tators, I cooked 4 I should of cooked 5, so the pie pans are a little thin, but it'll taste good.

Pies are done, the Turkey is on the smoker, and I'm starting on the dressing.

I also have fresh green beans and new potatoes.

Boy, that sounds good. It reminds me of Hee Haw when Grandpa Jones would say what was for supper. Enjoy it.
