Finally! I had a chance to get back out to the shop and get the hydro motor back together. I had taken apart in previous vid and I had to stop when it came time to press the shaft out. I tried getting it out without a press and i buggered up the locking mechanism. I got the parts to repair that and I start the reassembly of the motor.

In this vid i show how to install the locking mech, lapp the valve plate, lapp the cylinder block, the differenecs between a standard 15 series motor and the WH motors, and clean up a little.

This motor will work on the D series and C series.

I hope it helps a few people.

Wheel horse c and d series. The unit is a slightly modified Sundstrand 15 series. If you open up a regular sundstrand 15, you will see alot of the same parts

I'm not a WH guru, so was wondering what the C & D Series meant. This could be very good info for some folks. Thanks for taking the time to do the video.

D series would be the WH D160, D180, D200
C series would be the WH c 120, c160 family
