That fuel filter looks like a standard Deere fuel filter. That rig sounds sweet !!!.

I call 'too many Bolens parked outside'. I cleaned my shed up this year by adding a loft, and have room for about 10 more GT's. I can store some of those for you, no charge. Not the new one obviously, but some of the others.

Sounds sweet in the video. How many amps is the alternator on that one? Looks big enough for a hard cab with heat, wipers, stereo, blinky light, LEDs fore and aft, and a cell phone charger. Maybe even a PA system, in case you have to blow snow early in the morning and the neighbors are sleeping in. (PA stands for a bullhorn and mic loud enough to be heard the next state over)

Dang it! Now ya made me go out in the dark with my flashlight to find out. It says 12V35A on the data tag.

As far as a PA, yeah I know about them. Way back when, I had a PA function on the CB I had in my second motor home. I had a speaker mounted just under the front bumper. It was handy for letting some really inconsiderate car drivers just what I thought of their driving :smilewink: :smilewink:

OH...BTW, this month's "Featured Tractor" is OPEN, and someone asked for rare tractores, so I tossed the HDT1000 into the ring.

There are a couple of pics that I took after the above ones there. I'll post them here as well.

Who knows, iffn inuff folks vote for it, it might make the LAGT magazine :D :D :D

Interesting tractor and appears to be in pretty good shape for it's age. That seat has to go though as the tractor deserves much better. My back aches just looking at it.

Don't know about the seat. With what little bit I've driven it, a couple of runs up and down the yard, it seems to be pretty comfy.

I need to free up the arm rests with a bit of PBBlaster and see what it's like then. I'll use that leather pad that you can see on the seat until I make a decision. If it's comfy enough, I'll get the seat bottom redone.

I have no clue as to whether it's the original seat or not. I know that the seat on the HDT1000 that was posted over on MTF is different than this one.

That HDT1000 is the only other one that I've heard of here in the States. I'm guessing that there may be a few more, but they are well hidden.

It would be interesting to know the story behind this tractor. How it ended up in this country and the chapters in it's life until you found it.

I don't think that it ever left the country. I only know of two of them. Both 'surfaced' in the Des Moines IA area.

Plus, there is a dealer tag on mine.
