I stood around outside the poling place for a half hour waiting for someone to buy me a drink. No luck!

The wife and I did at about 10 am and it was the longest line I have seen up here. Spent about half an hour in line.

Was talking with the folks at the firehall and they were saying with about an hour left, they had a turnout of 86%. I couldn't believe it, very happy with my fellow townspeople.

I voted. Normal turnout for a presidential election. I was like Lowell, I had a buddy's wife running for Town Council so at least one vote was somewhat informed.

I am glad so many exercised their rights, no matter who you voted for.

God bless America and keep her safe.

Yep, wife and I actually had to wait in line. Was busier than I have ever seen it in our little rural fire hall ! Most of our local incumbents ran unopposed, so I'm guessing it was the "Big ones" that people were there for...
