I just bought these for $350, i hope it was worth it, one is a Roper RT-8E and the other is a Sears Suburban. Included was a 3-pt, AG tires with Duels, New Tire Chains, Push Blade, Plow, Cultivator, Aerator and a mower.
The Roper needs rings, the engine runs but it smokes, the Sears was running a couple years ago, it has been garage kept and the engine tries to start but it needs the carb cleaned.
The Sears has a home built hood, and both tractors are in rougher shape, but they do both have the high/low transmissions.
I already have a Sears Custom 7 that is "parts only" and i am hoping to use all 3 to make one good tractor. I am hoping to get one painted up nice for my brother in law for Christmas but i will see how it turns out first.
The other tractors in the picture is a Ford LGT165 with Brantly Loader / Backhoe and then a John Deere 140 with Kwick Way Loader (loader is not pictured)

Nice bunch of treasures. Before doing a ring job on it. try a tuneup, air cleaner and carb servicing, and an oil change. With it running its best add Marvel Mystery oil to the gas. After a few hours of using it with Marvel in the gas see if the smoke has reduced. If it has, keep using the Marvel. I've saved myself a few ring jobs over the years this way. Good Luck

Thanks for the replies
The roper has a seat but it's not on it :)
I thought that $350 was a pretty fair price, i bought these from a friend, he has been trying to sell them for months, i thought that the implements and the AG tires/duals were worth $350.
I am going to rebuild the engine because it smokes really bad, it just puts out a thick fog of smoke.
It looks like it's going to be around $75 for a rebuild kit off eBay.

Congrats on the score! That was well worth the $350.00 IMO.

I wish I had some friends like that :D And good luck, I hope you can get one done for Xmas.
