Got the vet check finished by noon, then the load of concrete went smooth.  Had some time left after grinding a load of calf feed, so I got to shoot all the white parts.  :dancingbanana:

Unless I'm doing field work, I am within a couple hundred yards of my home all day.  So I can come in for quick GTT peeks as often as possible.

Paint is looking good, Daniel! Glad you get time to check in often. My wireless doesn't reach to the job!

So, now what? A bit of red painting yet. Then assembly?

I can't remember. Are the rims done?

Looks great Daniel! Like Chris said, it is a marvel that you still have time to post as much as you do!

It would look kind of funny without the wheels painted.

I didn't take pics, but I also got ALL the red parts painted, and another coat on some needing another.  Did that a couple days ago.  All parts are painted except the rims, and not sure when I'll get to them.  Not made up my mind for sure if I'm going with ags or turfs on the rear.  I don't have a decent set of ags, and hate to spend money for them.  I do have a good set of 23x10.50/12 turfs on rims, but not sure if it will look right with wider tires....should have 8.50's.

Most all my 23-10.50's are on 7" wide wheels, Daniel. Look pretty good to me! How wide are the BH wheels?

These tires are on wheels off another make, and are wide rims for these tires.  But the tractor only being 6hp might look odd having wider tires???  My plan is to restore a push blade & mount permanently on this V4-6, and I would put chains on these tires.  Just for looks, as I likely won't ever actually work this one.

Give it a shot. Mount them on before painting the wheels and see what it looks like. Or, I happen to have a set of 23-9.50's. Not sure if they will need tubes. But I might trade you out.

Daniel, the project is coming along very nice, and I can't wait to see the finished product. I do have one thing to point out though. I took notice that you needed a "Green" machine to supply you with parts, like the variator and transmission. So, in reality, this machine will be "John Deere" powered. See, I told you if I prayed long and hard enough, you'd eventually come around to liking Deeres! :poke:  :smilewink:  :dancingbanana:  Maybe you could rename the tractor as a Deere Hog, or John's Bush! :D

**Watch out Alan, you're next! I'm praying real hard for you too!**
