Feels good here until I start physical work, then the sweat rains down. Still MUCH better than it's been. Temp around 90 and slightly less humid! Reboxed the end of a barn today & gonna put metal over top of that tomorrow. Temps around 90 all week, so gonna be much easier on the cows as there should be no heat index to be added most days.

I don't know what the temp was today but the humidity felt like it was at 200%. The kind where you walk outside and you feel like you can't breathe. I wanted to do some work in the garage tonight but i think I am going to pass for today LOL

Boy if you start a ditch to the north water will start running South.
We have way more than we need.
Still wheat in the field we can not get at. It is germinating on the stalk and pretty much useless as grain. Just love growing crops to plow under.:wallbanging:

Better in NW Arkansas, also.... but still dry. Only about 91* today. Going to creep towards the mid-ninety's through the week.

High summer has returned to New England!! HOT, back well into the 90s yesterday, today and at least tomorrow then they are forecasting we may see some strong effects of the hurricane as it comes up the coast this weekend. Oh well, got kero for the lanterns, plenty of water and propane and a new chain for the chain saw...... we shall just have to wait and see.......:confuse:

Hot in KY as well. (0's till Thursday when front comes through, then 80's for a couple days, then back to 90's. Expecting 97F tomorrow, 95 today. Humidity high, so heat index will soar. Dry as a bone here too. Need rain. I'd love a week of rainy days!

:ditto:

Tomorrow my truck goes in for service, the spare truck has a not working AC unit in it.
I think I should take the day off.
