You take it easy & update when you can. Listen to your doctor & you'll be skinning your knuckles on a Bolens again soon. Pulling for you from Pennsylvania.

Hey guys,I didn't have my surgery today, here's what happened. The plastic surgeon is from out on the south shore,he comes to what used to be the Berwick hospital here in the valley once a week, now only a community health center. He looked at the spot, did a little pushing and squeezing ,talked to me about just what he was going to do.Then he tells me that he can't do it in Berwick, they aren't set up for it,and that I am going to have to go out to the big hospital in Bridgewater out on the south shore. So now I have to wait until I get that appointment .That's a quick update, thanks so much for your best wishes and prayers.I will probably still need them for this new appointment which could be 6 to 8 weeks wait, unless there is a cancellation .

Yes,I guess you could say it was sort of good luck. The only thing now is that I still have to wait for something that I am dreading .I think that I would much rather have had it done and over with though.

Another 6-8 wks to wait??You know these DR's have seen many differnet people and many different spots etc: that I'am sure if he had some concern about it he would have possibly rushed the surgury. I agree about wanting things done as fast as possible to have it over and done with.Lets hope that he's thinking its going to be OK and thats why he's not really putting a rush on it. Larry
