pulled the old tecumseh yesterday to clean it up a bit and check everything over, put it back in late last night to find it runs much better after cleaning the carb, new plug, turned the key and it started right up, go to turn it off, still running! all wires i believe are in the correct place on the ignition and everything s grounded properly, what am i missing??? if someone could post a picture of the wires running to the ignition that would be great! thanks, ryan

Do you have a spare switch you can swap it out with?

Did you have the coil off? More to the point, did you disconnect the kill wire? If so, did you reconnect it? Did it break off at the engine?
