Ok here we go
winter is getting close and i just added Aux hydraulics to the h14 the snow plow i have is one of the first ones that they made with No trip release and no bracing i had it on in the winter and i Had a bit of a accident i was trying to be a swell guy (just wanted a tiddy bit of seat time) and i was plowing the side walk down to the park next thing i know i am on the hood and looking at the snow blade i bent the bottom all to heck also bent in a V (did alot of damage) so i straighten it and bubble gum weld it back together i have a newer plow id say late 70s so i am going to rebuild this one i will cut all the bent and wrecked mounts so i just have the round part and add 6" to it so its 48" and make a trip release change the angle from 45 to 70 for better snow rolling and scraping ability and make a new A frame with mounts for 2 2x10 hydraulic cylinders something like Steevo did on mtf if any one wants the old frame work let me know Also if you notice how its in the box of the truck its going to School for a project and should i just go 6 or should i go 10 wider ? i do believe i have plenty of tractor to push it let me know
Cheers
Tyler

Good luck with it. I would like to see the results. I have a 1050, 850, 853 and an H14 none are running but I hope to get one running soon to put a plow on it. Unfortunately, firewood and family responsibilities take priority.

I just read this for the first time, and was going to say use a DA cylinder when you asked, but then saw in your next post that you got one, and at the very best price :D :D :D

I know I'm "late to the party", but will this help? It's pic of the Large Frame 4 way blade.

Bolens (that i know of ) Did Not make a power angle blade For the Tube frame ! they did Not even put Aux hydraulics on there tube frames (it would have been a smart idea ) how ever at the same time frame john deere was putting out the 140s and 300s in H3 with 3 hydraulic circuits how ever the did have aux hydraulics 1886 and any thing over 1886 Has Aux hydraulic you can run Alot of aux hydraulics blades/ Snow-blower chute rotators/winches "ima going build one of them" / pumps and some times even Log splitters Loaders and back hoes !
