I have a massey ferguson 4850 tiller and has worked fine for years Then suddenly today the gearbox started getting loud then proceeded to smoke and finally just quit working So i took the gearbox off and found pieces of the smaller pinion gear bearings laying all over inside it I also noticed that gear was worn a little CAN I GET THE BEARINGS FOR THIS GEARBOX AND IS THAT SMALLER 14 TOOTH GEAR AND SHAFT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE?????????? I have no idea where to get the parts for this thing IT IS A GREAT TILLER AND WORKS REALLY GOOD BEHIND MY 1855 TRACTOR PLEASE HELP!!!! Stopped me dead in my tracks today and would really hate to have to dig out the walk behind tiller

Adolph Welcome to gttalk. Yes a great tiller. The bearing are regular I believe 6205 bearings but the gear/shaft would have to be found used. A new gear box is the other option.
