I got nothing but great news from my doc today. :dancingbanana: Blood tests show my diabetes has all but disappeared! Triglycerides have dropped way down to a perfect level, good cholesterol up, bad stuff down. Lost 2 more pounds since last visit. Blood pressure still low as always. They said whatever I've been doing......keep doing it! Got my flu shot today too. I'm gonna live!! ......Till I die! :smilewink:

See what happens when you buy a John Deere Daniel? Won't your Doctor be impressed if you buy a second one! All kidding aside, glad to hear that you're doing well, and congrats on the great report.

Thanks for all the congrats guys! I do feel better than I did before I lost this 25+lbs for sure. Hearing it from the doc gave me the mental boost that really makes one feel better!
As to the red vs green thing. I'll just say this....I'm mainly a "red tractor guy" and will remain that way, BUT, I also love my sweet pepper relish, and it's a combination of red & green that makes it so good!
