I am sure it is a bolens, maybe a groundskeeper? I am not sure of the model. There where a few of different sizes.

Looks to be a frame steer Bolens.

But a red one? Maybe the Troy Bilt version?

They made the FS tractors for Bolens, and seem to have marketed them under their name as well.

My father had a 7 horse Bolens version. The center pivot was the weak link. It was repaired at least once.

Looks like a Frame Steer or an early Troy bilt unit.
