http://scrantoncraig...3442544926.htmlI found a listing on CL that has a New Holland single stage for $200. So you might have a decent deal if it works out.

Thanks for the tip. That link did not work but i found what you are talking about. I will see if i can get in touch and check out the Ariens snow blower. He still has not gotten back to me as he said he would. Hopefully he will call soon. Or i will find something else. I attached some pics of the tractor. It started right up. It still needs a carb clean but runs. The rear pto would not disengage at high rpm. Other than that it drives great.

Sorry about the bad link, not sure what I did there. That 20 horse with power steering looks good. It almost looks like you have some of the blower hardware on already. Like the pin right above the front lift arm where the helper spring hooks up.

I thought those were extras. Thanks for clarifying. I know the tractor has been well used in its previous life. I forget what the hour meter reads but its over a thousand hours. I found a dozer blade on CL if the seller is asking $200. If he is willing to take best offer i will go take a look at that.

That is great that you are locating some attachments. The dozer blades can be very useful for many things including more seat time. I got to thinking about your rear pto, and I wonder if there might be some corrosion in the clutch that causes it to keep spinning when not engaged.

I found a blade for $150. Hopefully i will be able to pick it up this week. As long as it is not to beat up i will buy it. I have not have had time to play with the electric clutch. I will check the wiring. Then run it some more and see what happens.

I still have my ariens snowblower attachment if you're interested, no need to paint, it's in excellent condition.

Is that the one you have posted here? Or a different one? If its the one posted here i am pretty sure is not for the Gt series. I could be wrong though. Other than that it has been to cold outside, so i have made little progress to getting the tractor running better.

Yes that's the one. I was told it is for GTs. I'll look it up and post what I find.

I am still not sure. From your pictures it looks like its a belt drive, but the GT has a drive shaft. I know Ariens made other tractors. Maybe its for one of them.

Well it looks like i am going to have to sell the Ariens. I just dont have a need for it and its time for down sizing. My mom would really like to see some junk gone too. I also have started teaching myself glassblowing/lampworking, so that has been taking most of my time lately. I will probably get the tractor cleaned up a bit in the next couple weeks, and then i will post it up here for sale but, If anyone reads this and is interested PM me and let me know. I would be willing to sell it as is right now for a good deal.
