picked this up from a fella on CL. was just wondering if anyone might know who made this york/grader ? and if so, what year is it ? wheels are not original and will be changed.

RM and a 5 digit serial. and its there because its stamped vs. painted.

It was made by York Modern, they are still in business! I picked mine up at an auction in '09.

Allis Chalmers Orange is a close match for color if you plan to restore yours. A parking stand also helps because of the weight.

I contacted the company when I got mine, the CO gave me an approximate mfg timeline because of the tine width (but I don't remember, sorry). Seems as their older records were lost in a flood.

No idea on years, found it via Google.

You could call them on Monday, see if they have a s/n listing to years mfg.

Just put the Operating Instructions and Parts List in the manauls section it is from 1977 don't know win they started makeing that model and stoped and started makeing the
TA 1

thanks for the info fellas.
just couldnt pass it up for $50. he tells me his father in law has one in better condition...but he wont sell it.
