I will give them credit for trying, anyway. :rolling:

No, that is not a Briggs engine, either.

They could market it as a design for what to do when your tranny goes out.

Can you imagine pushing that? Talk about a workout.

I think I have one just like that--not assembled, though. The plastic wheels are a nice touch.

Hmmmh..... I wonder why he's getting rid of it? All it needs is a tractor to pull it.

I really try to encourage students with creative ideas, but I would hesitate giving the creator of that and iron ball, and I would sure never let them near a torch :deadhorse:

Honestly it is hard to be critical when you know you have pulled simular stunts. Back in the early 80's I was laid off at the factory.
Was mowing 16 lawns and was asked to mow a few lots with 5 ft weeds. I took a 21" push mower deck and put an old 8 hp motor I had an mounted it on the deck. Took a piece of 1" galvanized pipe and made a tongue and pulled it with my Murray Lawn Chief.
Yeah it was ugly, but got the job done and I made a few bucks..

I would not want to push this monstrosity, but pulling it with the GT would "git er done".

Very..um creative, I guess. I think I will just stick with "normal" garden tractors.

It would be real nice with Morning Glories planted on it.

One of the items on my bucket list, waaay down on the list, is to put a big Briggs, 8-12hp, on a push mower. Something that will cut Buffalo boxes with easy.
