i have no idea what she is. but is that paint can looking thingy the air cleaner? and what engine is that.

Yes the paint can is the air cleaner, the motor is a Wisconsin, tag is missing, my guess the motor is an ACN.

Is that some kind of enclosed drive on each wheel ? Did you buy it ?

It has two axels the chain drives the top one, and I am guessing the wheels will freewheel. No I didn't buy it, I don't know what it is.

My wife is in a wheelchair and its her wheelchair van. I have to fix it.
