Hello everyone. As some of you know I recieved another Sears GT as my birthday present yesterday. For the life of me I could not find the site I used in the past to trace the Sears model numbers. When I finally did, I copied and pasted the entire thing to a memory stick. I will try and attach it here but incase it doesn't work, anyone can inbox me and I would be happy to email it to anyone that would like it. Have a great day everyone!!Attached File  Sears Model numbers.doc   1014KB   74 downloads

I downloaded it. If no one else does this soon, I will convert to .pdf and upload to the Manuals section.

Edit: this chart can be found here also!

That's a good site, just nothing newer than 1977 showing.

I had trouble tracing this number: 402.251380
I answered an ad for a 42 inch dozer/snowplow with that number. The man agreed to hold it for me till Thursday. I searched and found nothing. I tried searching using a 917 number instead of the 402. The plow, or one like it, came up. I went to see it and sure enough, the number on the tag is 402. Either way, Come Thursday, I should have my plow.
