Brought this home last wednesday so its been a week and a day. 12 hrs on 4 gal fuel.
have filled around a washed out culvert using rear dirt scoop and rear blade.
graded the 1/4 mile lane(remember i have not been on a real tractor in over 25 yrs) so most of thei hours went there. after i had it graded and the shoulders shaped I pulled the harrow section over it to pull up the gravel packed down. as hard and dry as it is im surprised at how much i was able to pull up.
Now that i.ve figured out the right setting on the top link, i could cut that down a lot.
hauled a trailer load of mulch with my 5x8 trailer. Drug down all the raised beds in the garden so it is ready to be tilled down and grass planted as a enter cover crop.
Oh and the new King Kutter 48 inch tiller is ordered. They said it would be in in 2-3 weeks.
Im hoping it will be in before things freeze up.
OVERALL IM DELIGHTED.

The savings on fuel over gasoline is amazing. Back when I was a little boy, our small farm tractors were gas. I'd hate to think how much fuel would cost us if our 100+ HP tractors were gasoline engines instead of diesel!

Yes Daniel it is amazing! If I remeber correctly the 8N I was looking at tested @ 2.4 gal per hr.
And thanks for fixing my mess!

You are so right! They are under appreciated and underrated by many. In fact while I've know for two year this was where I needed to be, I am amazed everyday at the things I can do with this machine, that I never expected.
