Well winter is hitting fast. I dropped down to the 20's last night and snow came down to around 4000 ft and there calling for the teens tonight.. At least it all but stopped the forest fire. Getting the MF12 (my so called industrial model) ready for the snowblower. I had made a bracket so I can swap the weights from the front to the back in a couple of minutes by pulling the pins. I can still use the rear hitch in this set up. I used two pins on each side in the back for better support and it also rests on the hitch pad. There is 70 lbs. of weights (I could add three more but this is all I have) plus 10-12 lbs. in the brackets. I still need to fill my turf tires with fluid and put the chains on them. This should give my better traction than last year.

Good idea to make it ambidextrous, great idea in fact.

Alc, so far the only front attachment I have is the snowthrower. I hope to pick up a front blade if one ever shows up close enough to me, so this is the only time I need to put the weights on the back.

I like that, Bud! I don't always paint mine as they came new. That is totally different from the 'normal' stuff. Great job!

That yellow looks great! Nice weight setup. Sorry to hear that winter is on it's way already for you. I'm in denial and hoping for another month or so before we see any snow!

I agree, hope it holds off for at least another month. (first frost/maybe hard freeze due this weekend!)

What tires are you running on the back of that tractor? BTW: sharp looking tractor and weight setup.
