Have you checked to see if your getting fuel up to the injector by cracking the lines loose? Or are you getting any smoke out the exhaust when you have tried to start it? No smoke = no fuel. Injector pumps and thier fuel control racks, and injectors can get stuck, gummed up ect when a diesel sits for a long time without any use. The fuel stop control for the pump can stick in the stop position internaly despite what the level you see says. Once you get those all freed up and bleed the fuel system all the way to the injector, it should try to start or start, unless the injector is bad. Mike
