So I bought this tractor off craigslist. We just bought a new house and didn't have the money for a proper tractor. I got a dozer blade snow blower rear tiller and mower. Everything worked great when I got it. Got it home and put belt on front pto and we were in business. Mowed two or 3 times then the switch went out. Swapped it out with rear switch and we are in business again. Mowed whole yard plus some driveway clearing. Got home sprayed mower deck off with hose and put away. Went out next. Morning and mower switch wouldn't work. Tested everything with a multimeter and it all there. With ign on mower not running I'm getting a clicking sound from clutch but when I start up nothing. Any ideas. Oh I'm also looking for a pto switch if anyone has one dealer want 52 for one

Run a test wire directly from the +battery terminal to the +input on the pto clutch. If it works while running then, it has a faulty connection somewhere. If not, then it's a pto electromagnet issue.
