The PTO drive belt from the engine on my MF10 had stretched to the point where the clutch pedal had worn a 1/2" slot in the foot rest (there is no adjustment possible in the older clutch pedal). I replaced it with a new 1/2" by 30" belt and the pedal is now held nicely off the footrest when the drive is engaged. However, now when the mower is engaged, the clutch pedal vibrates wildly back and forth. Has anyone else had this problem - or any idea how to solve it? Any and all thoughts welcome...

George.

They vibrate a bit, check for bent pulley or damaged belt (not smooth), belt guide not set right.
I think a 29" belt will work also???
