I think I remember reading Ron White mention something about bringing discs to the plow day will be the next big thing since they run out of land to plow so quickly depending on the turn out.  I had a set of discs with me at a plow day, and tried using them, but the dirt was waaaayyy to wet.  It probably didnt help that we had downpours the morning of the plow day.  It would be pretty cool if a lot of people also brought discs and left the fields even more finished for the land owner.

Well guys it's about 2 months till Plow Day! our newsletters and order forms for shirts and calendars were sent out this past week, so be sure to check your mail boxes the next few days. if you don't receive one in the next few days and would like one just email me at paplowday@msn.com

A lot of people have been asking me about more land to plow I would love for you guys to plow the whole state but thats not in my control. the farmer does do a lot of no till and as some of you remember from last year he rents some of the land out to be planted in tomatoes. I can only let you guys plow what the farmer wants plowed, I have talked to him about more land and we are going to talk more when it warms up and he talks to the tomato planters in the next month.

Fell free to bring your disc along too. It may be kind of neat to see 15-20+ garden tractors discing in a row.

Here are the pictures I mentioned in the letter of the shirts well be having for sale at plow day.

Any questions feel free to email me at paplowday@msn.com

I got my flyer in the mail today for plowday. April can't get here soon enough for my likings. As I was checking out the flyer I noticed some familiar faces on the pic. It's a very nice family portrait and another forum member as well. Anyone got any ideas???? Sorry I can't post any pics scanner took a dump.

Hello David,

Yes, I did mention bring a disc set last year when we ran out of ground on Saturday.

The problem is, I still don't own a set ......... we'll have to work on that soon !!

I suppose we could always cross plow after the first go, to get some more seat time :D
