175 this year, 25 or so shy of last year I believe. Lots of happy faces here. That is for sure.

Do they plow the same place every year? From the looks of the dirt the Ridemaster would plow that.

Just got home at 6 and would like to thank everyone for another great day even if it was cold and wet. The plowing was good ,the soiled turned very easily. Grand ,it was great meeting and talking tractors with you and NutNDun and all the others . Keep up the good work.

George and I just got home a few minutes ago. I want to thank Josh and his father Dave and the rest of the hard working people that make this plow day possible. Even with the rain on Friday I had a wonderful time. I took some video and very few pics with George's equipment that he will have to post when time allows. Please be patient as his paying job has him putting in longer hours. The reason I took fewer pics was because of the same wonderful fellow that was at last years Plow Day and supplied over 600 pictures that are posted in the gallery.

I much look forward to the pics & video.     Grand, one of these days you'll hopefully get to attend a warm & dry plow day!  You sure didn't get one at my place!

Daniel, it's the warmth of the friends at the plow days that still make them enjoyable. You hosted one of the best plow days that I have attended. You just have to dress for the day and go enjoy. George couldn't find his old work boots before we left and ended up wearing sneakers. Needless to say, he had some cold feet by the time we left Friday to go to the motel. Our first stop on the way to the motel was a shoe store where he bought some boots. When we got to the motel he thought they would be too warm for today as they were insulated. He told me later today that with the still somewhat cold temps, it was the best money he ever spent.

Thanks for the pics Dane. It was a pleasure to meet you at the plow day. I usually take my camera so that I can post my own pics, but knowing that George was taking his equipment, I left mine at home. I did however take all of the video with George's stuff of the tractor games Friday night. Hopefully my video of your winning shot on the basketball game will turn out well.

I see Grand, and Josh Deaven, but that's all I can make out.  Man is it ever wet!  By tomorrow, I think you guys will be plowing!

Yes it was a LITTLE wet on Friday. Josh didn't attend this plow day, so that's not him in the pic. The other fellow in the pic that you chose, has gray hair showing under a ballcap, a hooded sweatshirt that I was wearing, and a rear end view that is big enough to be mine. It just might be me.

Yep, you are on the extreme left in the pic.

Glad to hear some of you guys are checking in and made it home safely.  I had a blast again this year as always.  My hats off to Josh and his crew for putting on such an outstanding event.  Standing around in the rain friday was worth getting wet and freezing just to BS with everybody.  The cold air did me in when I got home to the warm house.  I came in with intent on eating a sandwich then going to unload my tractors.  An hour and a half later the wife and daughter came home and woke me from my easychair slumber.  Did manage to get all unloaded and take dads tractor and the trailer back to the farm and still be home again by 730.  All in all it was a great weekend.  The 12H performed flawlessly for me and plowed almost perfect.  It felt odd not being on my cub though so after plowing half the day on the Massey I got the 107 and plowed the rest of the day with it.  Now to get some shut eye so I can get up in the morning for Church.
