Sorry I'm so late posting this but my wife came home last night , her throat is getting better not sure if it will completely heal for the tubes. She just needs to sip a little water while she eat with small bites . The dogs been very well with her I think he senses somethings wrong with her he's not trying to climb up and give her kisses while she's on the chair or couch . The only problem was when she came home she was carrying her " coughing bear " they gave her to protect the sternum . He thought he was getting a new toy lol. We switch it with a pillow for her . Al

Glad she's home and the dog is behaving.

And, of course it's his toy... what were you thinking? :)

Sweet tractor, glad she is home and improving. Will continue to pray for you guys.
I'm sure she is sick of hearing it but now that she is home the "take it one day at a time" really does go a little faster than in the hospital.

I am the worlds worst at waiting, so I know how slow time passes when you're not feeling well. But biding our time while healing is about all we can do besides obviously taking care of ourselves. When we guys are sick, our women take care of us, but when our women are sick....they are stuck with us! God bless em, as we aren't anything close to caregivers that our wives are, but we do try. Do your best Al, and she'll do her best. Take care BOTH of you. It's tough on all involved.

Glad the wife is home Al, I know that in it's self make's things a bit easier. Just take it one day at a time and things will get better and then the two of you can go looking for her new tractor. :) Thanks for the update.

My wife is feeling even better today :dancingbanana: We walked around the yard this afternoon and around 6pm we went to the little town down the street and walked maybe a mile and she did very well . If all goes well and my son buys a house he has a contract on I'll have a little more room in the garage with his stuff gone so maybe a Cub would fit just nice lol , Al

It's good to hear she got out of the house for a bit. That probably did more good than anything.
