He doesn't say anything about the m/m pulleys that are needed with it, and they are expensive if purchased new.

You aint a kiddin! I bought my tiller really cheap...and then had to go get all the stuff to make it work! I believe that I bought a refurbished mid-mount set up with a new pulley, spring, and bearings for around $70. If you don't already have the lift cable (cable + hardware, new = $70) and axle hitch (never priced a new one, used, in decent shape, they go for $45), you could be in for quite the sticker shock! Heck, the belt alone is about $65 from Toro! Did I forget anything?

That is the problem with buying off E-bay. You never know if you are getting all the parts or the whole story.
