Three weeks, over 6,500 miles, 16 states, 1 rain shower, 1 snow shower, one blow out from hitting a rock in a mountain pass and no casino winnings and we're back home again. Had a fantastic time seeing the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Mormon Tabernacle, Bonneville Salt Flats, giant redwood trees, Pacific coast, gigantic lava flow, beautiful waterfalls, base jumpers from bridge at Twin Falls, ID and where Evil Knievel tried to jump the Snake River near there, Old Faithful, lots of wildlife including buffalo, Mount Rushmore and much more.

Great to be home again.

Sounds like a very nice vacation.
In 1982 I made that same trip with my wife and 22 month old daughter in a side-car, and I piloting the GoldWing motorcycle with trailer. 6000 miles, 3 weeks and 1 rear tire shot!

Hey, welcome back. Sounds like a great trip you had. I've been out there 3 times, and
would go back in a heartbeat. Would love to see some pictures of the Redwoods.

Did you find any GTs in your travels?
