i picked this up a few weeks ago to pull with the JD430

I think some fever is getting hold of Fred lately! :smilewink: Bout time too! He's gonna plow his garden, then we may go test plow after the field dries from the next couple days rains coming.

Good find! I have the same one, I have never used it for anything other then making ditches though.

I think a PO modified it so that the right side (in the picture) pin mount is going upward. I believe it is supposed to go the other way? I don't see why it would have to be tilted that far, unless they were plowing with it way deeper then it was made for.

The PO did modify the plow where it has cat 0 and cat 1 pins on it. that may be what you are seeing.

Your plow turned out terrific. I know I would have a hard time getting it dirty at first but after the first couple of feet and the smile it brings then I wouldn't feel so bad.
