That is an awesome rig. Whats the model # on the tractor? Should be a plate on the frame at the left/front. Looking at that last pic you posted of it, there looks to be a large gas tank in there. If it is around 5 gallons, those only came on a LGT 165. 145's only had a 3 gallon gas tank.

Maybe i should buy a lottery ticket, last year at a tractor show, i won all of the tractor games and won the grand prize which was a Diecast international tractor. I also won the raffle twice, and i won $20 in the anvil shoot LOL.

I added a couple of pictures of the ser# plate and a closer up picture of the tractor engine/gas tank area. I'm not sure how many gallons it holds, who could afford to fill it LOL.
I know it empties a five gallon can pretty quick!
Thanks

Yep, it's a 165!

Yes sir! Same model as mine. But, I have a lower serial #, 1755. I haven't been able to find anything to pin years to serial #'s, but all the older models start at 1601 and go up. My engine serial shows it to be a late '76, so I guessed mine to be a 1977 model.
So you have an LGT 165 instead of 145 there. Thanks for the pics, now I see how the pump is run off the PTO. Awesome machine, I could have a blast with that.

Thanks for the help.
When i got the backhoe/loader the hydraulic pump was mounted under the tractor like where the mower deck would be, i didn't like that because the pump was about 6" off the ground, and it also wouldn't keep the belt on.
So i moved the pump to the front, with a real short belt, i haven't had any trouble since.
The first day i had it running the steering box broke, so i converted it over to hydraulic steering, and now it steers with a valve.
Then i broke a front spindle, so i made one out of high grade bolts, just recently the drive shaft came apart and started loosing pieces. I didn't want to order one and wait a week for it to come, so i made one, it turned out a lot better then i ever hoped :D

Great deals!!!! I bet it was posted on CL under "riding mower" for $350....

A while back I was cruzing CL and seen a listing for "Jeep - bad engine" listed for $475 with no pictures. I called and confirmed the year and knew I could sell the grille and windshield for that much. He said he didn't have the title and that it had been lost. Anyway, gave him $380 I got it home put fluids in it and it fired right up. Finally got the title in hand and drove it for about 8 months... sold it for $3000. Those deals don't come along often!
