I just can't believe I did it. I have been collecting JD lawn & garden stuff for around 8 years a day or 2 ago some of my friends had given my number to a guy looking for some parts, sure enuff I had what he was looking and was something I would sell. While looking for some pieces for him I pulled open a RF hood to look for the part, never had taken a second look at this hood before{somemany have been repaired and don't look like they should } But this one had not been fixed the hood latch cought my eye it was a 63 110 hood with a small piece missing from the corner very repairable.

The grill was also the early one so I bet it was from the same tractor wish I knew were the rest of it was at.Some days treasure is under you nose and you just can't see it.

Nice little stumble there Kenny. Wish I could trip on some nice unnoticed pieces. Great find!

Everytime I find a wrench / tool, that I just KNEW... the shop fairies had stolen and placed exactly where I would have left it, had I used it in the first place. :confuse: :D

Did something you can't believe you did? Not over 2 or three times a day!
In fact tuesday night I took the wifes truck out and filled it with gas for her. When I got to work Yesterday I had an email asking where her keys were, checked my pocket an I had them?
