Appears to be also missing the steering linkage and the drive lever which are tough parts to come by. I mean, the Plymouth rear-end and the decent sheet metal has some good value as parts. Maybe not $200, but it's not $20 either.

Nice gas tank filler hole in the cast iron nose. That's going to make for a tough repair.
